Everyday is a good day to motivate employees especially before shift, during the shift and after the shift.

That question is a bit unclear. What do you mean when? When they are unmotivated. But I don't think that's what you meant.

Do you mean when during the day? When during the year? When during a meeting?

I would say either try to do it in private if there is one particular person of concern. Or do it as a general public announcement so no one feels like they are being singled. The downside of the latter approach is that the particular people in need of most motivation may ignore the general call.

I think you should motivate them if they arent doing anything.
And if they don't need any extra motivation, maybe they should be rewarded for whatever they're doing.
