because he's putting himself and his feelings out there. I used to get this a lot and what i did was instead of distance myself from the guy tell him nicely that i dont think of him that way and suggest another girl i think that he would like and vice versa. Sometimes it worked sometimes not.

It isn't difficult to explain anything, say it and stay a safe distance away and avoid being close enough for someone to keep badgering you. It doesn't hurt a fellow to hear it---it's just a good act. He'll move on---I guarantee it. YOU enable him if you get into situations and conversations that allow it. Tell him your flattered but not now, thank you.YOU don't owe anyone an explanation...just move on.It's about time they learned about rejection---life is full of disappointments. Good luck and be happy

Well it depends on a guy,
Some guys are emotionally attached to you it is rather difficult to tell him you are not interested without hurting them while SOME of them are only materially interested in u its not difficult to leave them

You can do it without being *rude* - but the fact is that you are hurting him because you don't want him and he wants you. Be to the point and accept that for once you're going to be the bad guy...

Good luck

Because once the "horn dog" inside them takes over, they cannot hear and words of reason-- so therefore you must be blunt and maybe obnoxious but do not entertain any future phone conversations or seeing him anywhere unless you want this behaviour by him to continue---- cut him off quickly swiftly and without remorse..............
