what i got is curcuit A, i need a switch thats activated when i send power in on another side, like for example, i got one of those cheep toy remote controlled cars, and i removed the motor, i want to hook up those 2 wires into some way so that when pressed, it activates a switch, like the mute button on my keyboard, i dont want to rely on physical things, like motors to press the button, i want it so that when power flows one way, it closes the circuit on the other side, the mute button, so when i press go on the remote, i want the mute button to be activated, kinda like a relay, but i dont know any that can take a such a low voltage, and i dont wanna build an amp.

If I understand your question, you have a small voltage coming from the RC car that used to go to the motor, and you want to use that signal to close a circuit. Well there are relays that run on a low voltage, see ref. 1 for a couple of 5-volt ones, or ref. 2 for even lower coil voltages, down to 1.5V. You can probably find more sources via a search; try "low voltage relay".
