she needs time...leave her be for a while...her job is her escape for now...just be her friend until she gets herself together.

Does she call you at all? Is her job very demanding right now or during the holiday season or year round? How long has it been since she ended it with her ex? After you address these three questions sit down and tell her how you feel and that you really want to spend more time with her. There is not too many women who wouldn't want to know that a man really cares about her and wants nothing more than to be with her.

I think it's a bit early to say you're in love with this woman. Infatuation certainly... She's still getting over her last relationship, so starting a new one is probably the furthest thing from her mind.
You need to give her some space. And dating other women won't hurt either.

I think you should let her get completely over ex before you make a move on her. ask her to have dinner with you or go to a movie with you but do it on a friendly level, you don't want to rush into anything to fast.

let it go, dude. you can't have what you want. maybe one day if/when she's ready, but now would be a terrible time since she's getting over her ex, is vulnerable, and will be very self-protective. you'll only end up getting hurt.
she doesn't need to be saved, she needs to make heads or tails of it on her own.

Give her space by not contacting her. Allow her to miss you and contact you. If she does not contact you, you should move on.
