there's alot of good religions out there.but u have to choose which one u want the most.if i was going to recomend u to one it would be wicca.the reason why is that wicca is a peaceful religion.it is not of the devil, for we dont believe in such thing.it is an earth based religion worshipping the deity of your choice.and also that the rituals are powering and they are successfull.i have been wiccan for servaral months now and i am glad that i got into wicca.i feel so much peaceful and everything of the positive.i hope that u find the right religion for yourself and enjoy the feeling that u get from it and enjoy worshipping it on your own.May the Goddess bless u in many ways throughout your life with much happiness and knowledge and wisdom.
Bright blessings,

Personally, I don't see a need for religion, and am in fact quite against organized religion. Religion is not required or essential to beliefs, and only exists to enslave minds.
Why do you need a religion? You can have faith and beliefs in whatever makes sense to you without having to be part of organized religion.

That is a good question, you perhaps should ask, what am I looking for out of life.
If you are looking for something that is self satisfying and has you as the ultimate end and expression than I suggest a man made religion.
But if your ultimate end is to satisfy your creator and have a religion that has Him at the centre. Mankind is made to worship, and have a relationship with his creator.
So if that is what you are looking for than you should be looking for a religion that has the promises of God as fundamental to the religion relationship to mankind. The only one I have found after years of looking is Christianity, because it has Jesus as the final sacrificial act in establishing the relationship with mankind.

As far as I know no religion on earth teaches any thing bad. Basic ingredients are the same its only the dressings that make it different. I think as a sane adult it is everyones responsibility to study various religions and make up your own mind and follow it completely.

Organized religion exists for political power and to get your money. Just play the lottery. At least then you have a chance to get some of your money back. And you wont go to hell if you lose.

If you go around asking this question you'll have a slew of fanatics trying to convert you.
Pick the religion that offers you the most. Religion, as far as I can see, needs to be something that gives you hope and strength to keep going in the hard times. It needs to give you faith in something bigger than yourself, an idea that you are part of something that means more and that feels right.
You can't just pick a religion because someone tells you to...that's why I don't understand JW's so much...I won't convert because they land on my doorstep telling me to read magazine.
Make your decision based on an understanding of the committments you need to make to your religion, and what you'll get out of it in return (in terms of spirituality, strength and courage etc etc etc)

you aren't in a religion..........besides, religions.....? pah! If you are speaking of God? Well, then it's belief in a higher power, the creator. Spirituality. Christians believe Jesus Christ is their savior and died for their sins, Jews: they believe in God and are waiting for Christ to come and many other religions believe in several Gods. If you think you are "in a religion" then that's all you are, there is more to it than that, you will find what you are looking for in your heart.

daddy: My sincere answer to your question, as a Christain, is NONE !!! Religion encompasses anything one chooses to worship i.e: $ , sex , drugs, education, self, career, intellectualism, etc., etc. What you might want to follow is spirituality ... this will define who you ARE not what you do ... a hugh difference. God [Jesus] involves spirituality not "religion". Great Question !!!
