I absolutely can't eat fruits or vegetables... even soups or pastas. I just hate it so much it kill me to try a salad. and i am just really picky about almost everything

Is there a such thing as like a laser surgery or something on taste buds? (i am very desperate.. this is very serious =/ )
And how come i can't just eat like 5 multivitamins a day? Why do they always say 1 a day?

First off, the vitamins are one a day because they contain what scientists have found to be the optimum amount of contained nutrients that the human body needs in a day. That's what those percentages are- how much of that recommended amount the pil contains.
As for the veggie thing, you need to get over it. Period... Fruits are luscious, sweet and juicy, and some vegetables are almost as sweet. Try cooking carrots with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Get the tiny frozen peas, and cook them just to a boil, with butter and a dash of mint. Or roast coarsely cut-up beets, parsnips (white carrots), and rutabegas at about 375deg. for 45 minutes- the longer you cook them, the sweeter they get. Try slicing up a fresh, ripe peach, then sprinkle with sugar and pour half-and-half over it. Yumm!!! Microwave a whole sweet potato for about 5-6 minutes, then pop it open. Butter, salt, nutmeg, and voila! Dessert for dinner. Or warm up a small can of apricots, then top vanilla ice cream with them-syrup and all. There are a lot of ways to make the natural candies of the world more palatable. Experiment lots...

I'm just as picky as you - believe me - but try different methods of preparation. Steamed, stirfryed, batterfried, whatever it takes to get them down. And there are literally hundreds of fruits and vegetables - don't be worried just 'cause you hate raw veggies in a salad, especially a disgusting one such as lettuce. That has no nutritional value in it anyways, so you're not missing out on much.
Zucchini is GREAT batterfried, mmm.. and broccoli is very good steamed with garlic. Try mashing sweet potatoes or squash like you would a regular pot of potatoes. Green peas are delicious sauteed with rice and onions. Spinach is good when it's steamed and added to some pasta. Mushrooms are also good this way. Try making one big pasta primavera filled with vegetables a few times a week. Ever try marinating and grilling them? Red peppers are great in Spanish rice. Experiment!
As far as fruits go - reach for PURE 100% juices or nectars - you won't get the fiber, but it's a start. Maybe you might even like those frozen fruit bars (make sure they're 100% juice). The key is just to keep on searching different venues until you find a few you like.

Good luck!

Simple! Just roll over and die. You need fruit and vegetables, at least 5 portions a day (a mix) for minimum health requirements. Save your life and read up on nutrition.

start thinking positively say "fruits and vegetables taste good. I enjoy eating them very much and they supplement my body with needed vitamins and minerals."

*positive attitudes often dictate your results.
*try jamba juice and subway. If you cant eat vegetables alone try mixing it with some meat and eat it or with something that will disguise the taste or improve it.

In the event it's a fruit they have seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
