When buying a new computer, you will have to decide wither or not you should buy a laptop or a desktop computer. Laptops may be real cool and portable, but they may not be the best choice for your application.

If you got that from an advertisement then it's not plagiarism. It's too generic. I would say "when THE time comes" though.
