It's not use I repeat previous answer given by Evaniax that's absolutely correct.
Just one remark on yr spelling since the correct sentence in Latin should be "Veritas Omnia Vincit" with the word "veritas" and not "verita". Veritas, being the subject of the sentence, must be written in the nominative case of declination.
Other correct translation could be :
"The thruth prevails over everything"

Yep! It's Latin.
Truth conquers all.
Verita = truth (as in "veracity")
omnia = all (as in "omnivorous")
vincit = conquers. (as in "veni, vidi, vici" and "invincible")
(You can rewrite it in any order and it would still make sence).

A more common saying, I believe, is
Amor omnia vincit (-or- amor vincit omnia)
Love conquers all.
