if you indulge in many of todays contrabands or (for want of a better word) bad habits it is admirable to need, want and desire to quit.......yeah?

i had a friend from way back in the school days who got caught up in a few addictions. then one day he decided to quit ..........all of them at once. it wasn't too long before his body was too clean and reacted to the new conditions and caused his death.

i'd say that in order not to have the same fate a person could hang on to something such as coffee in order that the body doesn't turn on you.......what do you think? coffee has seemed to be harmless to me in my life. there are times when i've overindulged in coffee and it's a good thing you can't overdose to the point of incapacitation

I've never drunk in my life but I have had a few friends that have.Being a christian doesn't prevent anything from not happening. We're only sinners saved by grace. But if a person was an alcoholic the Lord would surely change them,I've seen it happen several times!
