That depends a lot on the parents and whether there is any kind of event going on. If you are just meeting them at their home, you should usually just wear jeans and a simple t-shirt or sweater. Pick out your favorite ones, and make sure they are comfortable so that you feel comfortable. The best thing to wear is something that no one will remember; use that as a rule of thumb.
When my family met my sister-in-law for the first time, she was wearing a short burgundy dress with a matching sweater and heels. As the sister, I thought she looked slutty AND silly. She obviously was trying to look stylish and was trying to dress to impress us. This just made me wonder what kind of bimbo my brother was marrying. We all like her now, though, so it turned out for the best. But the point is, I still remember exactly what she was wearing over a decade ago. Avoid that mistake if you can.

Something that says "I'm cute as heck, but still a good girl!" Seriously, they just want to know that you will be nice to their boy and encourage him to be a better person. They'll probably gush and brag about him, if they do that just say "Aww, yeah I think so too!" and smile at him. If they tell you you're beautiful, say "your son is not so bad himself!" That's what I would do anyway :-) Good luck, and don't be nervous!

Be conservative. A nice skirt with a blouse. Nothing too fancy unless they are of the fancy kind. Get your boyfriends opinion. He knows his parents well. He would know what they are looking for.
By all means just be yourself, laugh when someone tells a joke, smile when his parents look at you. Just be nice and please don't do anything out of the ordinary and crazy.

A G String, some pasties, grandmas old chunky huge earrings, pounds of glittery eyeshadow, ruby red lipstick and no bra. I mean, you can relate to the old people with your boobs drooping. They're going to love you! :-)

Look respectable. Wear something you could be seen wearing in church.
