try to listen to your favorite music this will help your brain to relax. try not to be a "workaholic" .give time for yourself try to relax, enjoy, rejuvenate, and recreate sometimes. drink a plenty of water this will also freshen you up while on work. if you have trouble in sleeping try to sleep with a full stomach this will help you to sleep continuously and easily if you're not diet conscious but if you are try to relax your tired body first before going to bed...;p

You have to get a good night's rest tonight, otherwise you are never going to stop feeling exhausted.
If you have to be somewhere during the day after a night of no sleep, coffee could temporarily make you feel a bit more awake, but sleep is the only true thing that is going to help you get rid of your exhaustion.

Caffeine doesn't work for me but ginseng does a pretty good job so I'm a pretty big fan of energy drinks because I don't get much sleep half the time and wind up traveling long distances quite often. I usually get the mountain dew energy drink it taste best and keeps me up.

Drink coffee and then take a snooze for about quarter-hour (specific, in that order). It takes approximately that long for caffeine to kick in. drowsing will make you much less drained meanwhile, and then once you awaken, the caffeine would be stabbing your tiredness in the face, to borrow a word from the object under.
