Micturition is just another term for urination. Urination a sign of illness? Maybe if it's frequent or scanty, then it could be a sign of illness.

Micturition is another word for urination.Frequent micturition is one of the symptoms of diabetes.In acute kidney failure,there is no micturition at all.
