I'm only 19 years old and my back hurts reeeally bad. I've had bad posture most of my life lol. I fell on my butt a few months ago, but the pain was horrible before that. The worst part is my tailbone, I've been ignoring it for the past 7 years. It only hurts when I'm sitting for more than 30ish minutes at a time. But now it hurts when I'm just standing randomly, or when I wake up in the morning. I know it's gross, but on my lower back, exactly where there's more pain, there's a big dark discoloration imprint thing.

I probably have to re-new my insurance. Is there anyway yoga can help with this? I'm already paying bills on my burned scalp and new dentist lol. man but THE PAIN IN MY TAILBONE HURTS SO BAD and the pain just goes a little lower every few weeks. there may be something wrong with the disks. I'm gonna go panic now and hope I dont need a wheelchair when I'm older.

If you're into sports or dancing, you mustv'e stretched something along your spine. I once had a real bad fall when I was 17 and I had to go to therapy sessions for. It pretty much felt the same, sitting down, walking, any movement in particular. I ended up limping after a few months. To find out it was lumbar instability and tendinitis. It's a slight sip of your lower back outwards, which makes your posture not balanced and gets worse because it makes your tendons swell all the way to your legs as it progresses. That is, if you're active in any aport.
Sometimes, it could be a slip disc. Ask your father or mother if they know anyone in your family that has it because it is hereditary. It happens when you carry something heavy or any extra amount of pressure on your back. It aso gets worse in the long run.
If insurance is a problem, try going to a chiropractor instead. He'd get to detect which bone is causing such pain and can alleviate it after a few sessions.
Another thing you can do is put a 5min hot and 5 min cold compress one after the other for an hour. This was what was done to me in therapy and it really helped.
You could also go research on the website on Callanetics. It's a dance exercise that can specify excercises just for the back bone. Look for stretch exercises because that is what you'll need. One exercise would be lying flat on your back and slowly pushing your tailbone to the floor for 5 mins.
Last, rest as much as you can and avoid anything strenuous unless it's exercise.

What really concerns me is the dark discoloration, it could be some sort of bruising from the fall, or it could be something a lot more serious, you need to go to the doc ASAP. It's horrible that you have been ignoring this, the longer you don't take care of it the more damage it's going to do. Yaga can't do anything for you, I chiropractor may be able to do something but you likely need a doctor, and a corset to help with your posture.

lol cool yet another recreation! Edit: I bet I will make a record. Are we gambling with women or men for this recreation haha! I'm guessing Charley and Lexi are taken. By Mr Cutie D@vid and Mr Sexy Mexi (lol sexi mexi haha suits good) :) So for ladies I like Florial, despite the fact that I do not quite recognise her! (Sorry I voted for you in survivor Florial :( I did not recognise you good)Or Cait feels like a sweety :) I shouldn't have a crisis with pairing up with Oin both! Oh if Gryffindor woman comes again on she's nice to haha For the dudes I can play with practically any person. Sexi Mexi is taken and Cutie David is just too. JBFP is first-rate standard however he could be cool. Djokerfan identified him for awhile. I like him! Mocha could be a first-class are compatible too! I can get at the side of such a lot persons! Oh haha appear! Lexi & Mexi, simply sounds superb. I recognise Mexi loves Charley and David loves Lexi. Just notion it sounded cool! :)

You answered your own question. It's your posture. Bad posture can trigger back problems. I'm 29 and I've had pain in my back since I was 19...10 years is too long. You should go have it taken care of before it continues. Another thing it could be is weight (only if you have that problem) Hope you feel better!

sounds like a fractured tail bone... not much they can do but, give you stretches and what nots to do. If you sleep on your side with a pillow between your thighs it will take the stress off that area. If I was you I would re-new my ins. and something else you can do is go to the store like a walmarts and buy a round float ... you know like what you would put a child in to float in the pool. It has a hole in the middle and if you was to carry one around and use it to sit on , that too will take pressure off that area. They have things like that too at a medical supply place but, it is alot of money! Then see the doctor as soon as you can at least he can give you pain shots or some pain pills. You got to take care of yourself now b/c when you get older you would of wished you did!

Go to the doctor fool! it may be nothing more than a bruise you keep exasperating, but it may also be a broken bone.

I go to a chiropractor they can work wonders and they are not as expensive as a general practitioner.
