A person has been granted access to his parents car and they don't have automobile license and I'm almost sure, no insurance. An accident has ocurred and there is a juvenile in the same car that ends up being transported to the hospital. There were 4 people total in the vehicle and three were transported to the hospital.

the person driving the car will be held responsible for what happens to the people and the cars that were involved in the accident. also if the police showed up he/she will be given a ticket for not having a license, not having insurance, reckless indangerment, and maybe even more tickets. now when you go to court then the judge takes over and the person who was driving could face a nice big fine, jail time, lose of license, cost of court is a must. not but not least you might even have to pay for medical bills for the others passengers and repair work for the cars involved in accident

jail or jv hall time , possiable probation , if it is their first offence an the judge feels like giving it then a huge fine an they pay the hospital bills. an can not have a license for a period of years set by the court.lucky noone was killed.

that person will have to answer to the authoritys and the owner of of the car can have the pants sued of them the driver can face a law suit as well

You could see some time in jail or probation. Depends on how lucky you are. Also depends on where you live.
