Omega Rx Highly Refined Fish Oil supplements.

Gives you all the good stuff you get from fish, without the contaminants. Plus it enters your system quickly.

You can read all about its benefits, and purchase it, on the Zone Diet website: www.zonediet.com
(Unfortunately its not in stores.)

Fish, along with a balanced diet with lots of fruits. Exercise during a study break (brisk walk around the block) will really recharge your mind.

Also, there are some gourmet cold teas that claim to boost memory. My roommates drink them all the time during exams. I don't know if they really work, but it can't hurt. Good luck!

you answered my question about Monta Ellis. Im from the BAY and im a die hard Raider and A's fan. But Monta Ellis is overrated. O, eat soup or something soft and easy to concentrate with.

try some potatoes( chips, smashed, etc) good for brain. it increases your memory. or why not try peanuts while having your review session. if you want to focus further in your studies try to eat in a small amount before reviewing because having a lot in your stomach will make you feel sleepy therefore you'll not be able to insert such informations into your brain well....;p
