I am Shuhan working in a Multinational Company in Bangladesh. My chief responsibilities & duties are to execute business correspondence with concerned companies & related officers of different organizations. Now I have been transferred with promotion to other department of the same company. A newly officer will take over my charge from tomorrow. So, officially I am assigned to send e-mails to all concerned regarding my departure. Actually I was a student of English Literature. I want to write my valedictory email with emotion & literary wisdom. Please help me.

I'd pass on the emotion and literary wisdom, it probably won't go over well in business. Try humility and praise for all the people with whom you worked. Something like, "As you know, I've been privileged to serve as the TITLE for COMPANY for X YEARS. I am delighted to tell you that I have been chosen to serve as NEW TITLE. My colleague NEW PERSON, will take over my former duties and you may contact him/her at XXX. I want to thank the people with whom I served for so long. Each is a terrific person and I have been privileged to know and work beside each of you. You may reach me at my new position at XXX.
Hope that helps.
