for something for you after you told him don't worry about it and you've done a favor for him and he insists on doing something for you is this just common courtesy?

It a common courtesy .....which he could have waived.
He wants u to like him for sure.

Now its up to u 2 figure out if u like him or not.

Depends on the guy. A decent guy would do it out of courtesy, a player would do it with the idea that the next "favor" he gets would be sexual in nature.

Depending on your cultural background. For example in an Asian culture and environment, the guy may want to feel to be the supreme provider to want to meet all the needs of his partner. His upbringing thus sort of brings about a misconstrued ego which causes this issue of not wanting to owe anyone especially the opposite gender anything.

If he seems sleezy, than he is probably just trying to get some ***. If he is a sweet guy (like me) than yes, he is just doing his best to be a gentleman.

depends entirely on your relationship ... but yes .. it could be common courtesy ... or it could mean he wants you like him and think him generous
