the help files don't have anything on compression and 15M for 3.5 seconds seems excessive.

WMV provides good quality with extremely small file sizes. You can find a program such as WinAVI that converts video files on www.download.com. Search file conversion on that site for what you need.

Use compression softwares and compress the file in MPEG-I or RMV (real media video) format.
