First of all im stressed because my work still after a year has not put me on full time because we are waiting for this stupid lady to get back to use on this contract and after 4 months of her giving no answer and mu hubby and i in the mist of buying a home which we cant do because this stupid ***** is too dam lazy to give a answer... fjksfkldshgthedslg;wesgkjhdsjlahgjkldsgdjs for **** sake!!

Put the home buying aside for now. Focus on stabilizing your position at work first, and relax.
It takes time to make those decisions. There are probably many people and only a few permanent positions available. Spring is a much better time to buy a house anyway. Let your boss know that you would appreciate an answer as soon as possible, since you will be purchasing a home if you get the permanent placement. Let her know that you like the company, and tell her why you want to remain there permanently. Tell her your plan to advance in the company, and how you will make yourself a more valuable employee over the next few years.
