Easy, 'B' would be chosen.
Guy 'A' obviously has more time to spend on his looks, and money to spend on clothes which has led to his broke-ness, probably. Being broke says a lot about ones independency factor.
As for guy 'B', personally, I'd have no interest in his money, but the fact that he has some says a lot about his responsibility and maturity (providing he gained it legitimately). It means nothing that he is overweight. A lot of girls like a little extra cushion.

Ok for me it isn't about $. It would depend on other things. Who do I have more in common with? Who treats me better? Who is more fun to be around? Who am I more comfortable with? Can I talk more easily with one or the other? Is guy A broke because he is lazy, stupid, addicted to something he spends all his money on, or because he is in school and paying his own way or just starting a new job that has a good future? Is guy B more wealthy because he was born into it or because he worked for it? Is he still working for it doing something that would make it hard to have a realtionship? For both, are they smart with the $ they have?
Sorry, for me it takes more information to choose. $ and looks come and go. It takes more than that to make a man.

Okay, it depends whom do you trust most and whom do you have the nicest and pleasant time with.
It all boils down to personality and how you feel about each of them.
I cannot answer for you as I'm not going out with either.
However. The one with no funds and in shape, how is he paying to be in shape. Does he have a job. It may take time but the world is his oyster and he still has time to make those funds.
The chap that is over weight but has funds, why doesn't he use those funds to get into shape.
Look you have a choice, follow your heart.
Good luck

guy a. its whats inside that counts.so if he is broke and your living paycheck to paycheck then at least you have each other and dont take things for granted unlike guy b who obviously doesnt feel the need to be fit and has money. he probably would feel that certain things are below hm and its better to have a guy who will do anything and wont judge.but will love you for who you are and what u are not for what you have.always remember for the right person to love u for u. good luck!

Those factors would not be the deciding factors for me. Guy A would simply mean we'd go out and do free, active things, and guy B would mean that we'd have a more settled, sedentary life. Been there with both types, not a deciding factor.

If a guy is intelligent and/or creative enough, he won't have to spend money on me to entertain me. But most guys aren't, and I've dated guys who are broke. They tend to be mooches. I guess I'd chose B because I'd be less likely to get bored with B (key words: do more things).

for me... ill go for the guy whom i feel at ease... and the guy who could understand me... guy A is in shape and broke well if you think that you like him more then let him find a job anyway he's in shape he could definitely find a decent job plus he's attractive it would be a lot easier for him....BUT if you like guy B better then let him go to a gym and loose weight...but its seems to me that the real thing here is MONEY and LOOKS well for me it doesnt matter if you like the guy and you love him then choose him...follow your heart and be yourself...

honestly it would be a lot fun to go places and see cool stuff but i don't think you should go for anyone who u aren't totally attracted to that wouldn't be fair to either of you anyhow so just go with the guy u like the most.
