When I was your age I wanted a relationship with a person who wanted that kinda stuff. However, I had to wait (due to not being liked by anyone I liked). Kinda glad too, now I see why I am lucky none of them liked me.
She probably does like you but I think you should take it slow. You are obviously about the same age. You need to take your time and get to know her. Serious relationships will come later. Wait for the romance until you are older. This is just my opinion of course but the way kids are doing things these days scares me.

Surprise her is the key here, heres a game plan, on christmas or close to it, get a radio and put in her fav slow dance song. Play it and ask her to dance, when you guys are dancing, look her in the eyes and say sumthin like "So itz a beutiful nite out, if you could have one wish what would it be?" she'll answer and if she asks whats urs is or you mite have to say well you know what mine is? and when you answer be like" I dont have one..your already here" than kiss her softly and voila, pts for being sweet and pts cuz you surprised her ^_-, but yesh that whole i love you thing, to me age isnt a problem, its what in your heart, how you feel bout each other will determine whats gonna happen in the future.

if she says she loves you then she must have feelings for you unless she is just saying which is not a nice thing to do...if she is ready to say i love you she sould be ready to kiss you...maybe she hasnt ever kissed a guy before and is sacred she will be bad or something. kiss her unexpectedly at the most romantic moment possible...if she pushes away talk to her and ask her why shes afraid to do anything

at such a young age, love is not truly a feeling. personally, w/ experience, i think that she's just playing with you. if she loves you so much, why doesn't she want you to kiss her? love is not a "surprising" effect as she wants it...if you really like this girl, i think you should confront her and tell her that you two are both 2 young for something as strong as love, and that if she means it, she wouldn't object kissing you once. see her reaction, and judge from her attitude of your confrontation.

well dont listen to what others say, you can know what love is at that age. but just think about it like this, do you really want to go that fast at this age? i mean i didnt kiss my bf for the 1st time until months after we started going out. just relax!

take your time. you have plenty! she likes you, but she hasn't a clue what love really is at 14. ok, so she does want you to kiss her, but doesn't want it to be planned. you were respectful to ask her first. that is so sweet! ok, so when you feel the time is right, kiss her on the lips. it can just be a peck for starters. sounds like she does really like you. relax & enjoy being so young!
