I had this happen a few years ago, and it went away for a few years but now its back. I havent seen my doctor yet, but Im going soon. Anyways, this is whats happening-- I have trouble falling asleep, my appetite has decreased (I get hungry but when I sit to eat I feel sick), When I wake up in the morning too early (like before 10am) I feel sick, sometimes I throw up. (NOT PREGNANT!) When I go to the bathroom #2 it is soft, not formed like normal. I also have some memory loss. If anyone can help me out that would be great.

Has anything majorly stressful happened recently? Sometimes you think you are dealing with things well, but your body goes nuts. I just went through a bout so bad that I showed every sign of a brain tumor, up to the point of having an MRI and an appointment with a neurosurgeon. They found nothing wrong.
As far as the symptoms, I'm dealing with some of those myself. I would suggest...
As soon as you wake up, get a glass of something cold and sweet, like orange juice, Koolaid, or iced tea. That should help with the nausea. Toast or crackers could help too.
Instead of sitting down to eat, have several healthy snacks through the day.
Do something to wind down before you go to bed, like read a book or take a bath. I use an instrumental CD to fall asleep to.

Good Luck and Blessings

That happened to me before, but it went away. That was scary, because I thought I was a pregnant virgin.

Since it happened again, I would suggest you see a doctor. These sort of things can be stressful, and the stress shrinks a part of you brain (your amygdala to be exact) and your memory loss will become worse. Plus, if you continue like this, you can increase your chances of having heart diseases in the future.

could be mono-it does re-occur in many.
epstein barr virus doe's reside in 95% of the worlds population-they just don't know what reactivates it..this is the same virus that includes herpes, shingles, chicken pox, cold sores/fever blisters.

you could also have a totally different virus within the flavi-virus family, hepatitis c

or you could have lyme disease...

sooo many possibilities.

see your doc and have him run an antibody test for the actual viruses mentioned above, even if your liver labs come back well within the normal range-

as with hcv, the alt and ast levels sometimes appear normal, therefore making the doctor believe you don't have hcv. this is totally relying on bad medicine...always get tested for antibodies!

good luck

It could be any number of things - from severe IBS, to a disorder or disease of the central nervous system. The only thing you can really do is go to the doctor - the same thing everyone tells me about my health crisis. If that doctor seems vague, go to another one. Keep talking until someone listens.

Check your iron levels, and lay off the white flour products (pasta, bread etc) for a bit. Go see a Dr.
