The most healthy of those choices would be the ham and cheese sandwich. I would recommend purchasing it from a sandwich shop like Subway or Blimpie so that you can add some vegetables.

The most healthy on that list is pizza, you're getting the basic four food groups. Ham can turn sour if not refrigerated if it is on a sandwich that contains mayonnaise.

probably ham and cheese!

burgers and fries are delicious, yet they're terrible for your health, and cause pimples, and other bad stuff! So don't eat it as much, pizza is really good, one of my favorite foods in fact, but still the cheese bad for anyone's cholestroual! SO yah, and pizza can cause pimples, and it plugs u up, lol!

Depends on the type, although in all likelihood the ham and cheese has less calories. Make sure that bread is whole wheat, you have lettuce and tomato on the sandwich, and you don't use too much mayonnaise.
