Are you taking a class in Spanish and you have to translate something? If so I would think that the easiest would be Psalm 148 the first 8 verses. It is also very beautiful so memorizing it would serve you well for years to come. Here is one translation:
Praise the Lord from the heavens
Praise Him in the heights
Praise Him all his angels
praise Him all his host
Praise Him, sun and moon,
praise Him, shining stars,
praise him, highest heavens,
and the waters above the heavens.

The bible has many verses, some short and others long. Find verses that mean something to you.
For example, Matt 6:9-5 is the Lord's prayer. You already have noted the Psalm 3, but Psalm 23 is another useful Psalm.
Try and find something that you like in English and learn to say them in Spanish
