im very much aware that this is a typical question....but i really want to know nonetheless. im 16, ive never had a boyfriend and this may be my chance. this guy at work stares and gets real close when we talk. i find that im bumping into him a lot to the point where im starting to think hes doing it on purpose. once another guy at work was kind of flirting with me, asking if i had a boyfriend and whatnot and after he left, he walked over and asked if he was hitting on me, if i get hit on often etc. but heres the thing... he's outgoing and kind of flirty in general. i mean, i wouldnt have started questioning if he liked me or not if he hadnt walked up to me and ask if that guy was hitting on me. thats the only thing thats holding me back....otherwise id totally assume that im just another girl he likes to fool around with. i usually dont rely on the internet for these kinds of things but i really need some input....help me!!

O.K., it's very possible that this guy does like you. And just because he is flirty, he could still be to insecure to tell you. You said you are 16 which makes you a minor. If he is 18 or older, he may not be acting on those feelings because he could break the law if he does. If he's a minor as well, and if you really like him, why not just let him know. The worst he could do is shoot you down. Most boys won't do that. However, there is one more concern. If he was asking you about the other guy flirting with you, he may be interested in that guy. I'm not saying that is the case, but just keep your eyes open to that before you put yourself out there. Speaking from experience.

I think that maybe he's trying to let you know something by asking you that question and by always getting you to come in contact with him. I think he's trying to let you know that if you were with him that he would protect you and he'd be willing to fight for you. So spark up a conversation with him and see where it leads. pay attention to see if he asks about you or talks about himself more. if he does that then i dont really think he likes you. if he asks questions about you and your personality or things like that then he's showing interest in you and maybe he wants to get to know you better. see where it leads and good luck!!!

Yes he does but be careful and don't rush into it. go slowly so that you can see any road blocks along the way. remember you don't want to get hurt unnecessarily.
