Yes. That is unless Justin is doping, then he's not. Powell set the world record of 9.77 seconds for the 100m dash in 2004 . Gaitlin beat that mark with a 9.76 this year, but he also popped positive on a subsequent drug test, so that world record will probably be striped from him. IMO, Powell is the faster and better man.
