Unfortunately, I didnt get this one quick enough and it has blistered already. It is in my nose but still very visible. Has anyone got any remedies that may clear it up quicker. I have tried zovirax.

Zovirax is definetly supposed to be the best. But I have better luck w/ Carmex personally. Good luck, cold sores suck.

Go to the 24 hr store get some llysine its a amino acid, our body does not produce it. Take 2 then take one a day every day to stop futcre occurances and when you feel a flare up...if you had tese before you will take extra...it works good luck

Try putting tea tree oil on it. It dries the blister up, creates a scab and speeds the healing process

I've had luck with the over-the-counter product Novitra, along with taking extra zinc and lysine when I feel them coming on.

toothpaste
paw paw cream
honey and oats (mixed together)
zovirax

any of these should work - it depends on the size and how long you have had the coldsore....
