If people actually thought about this subject and realized the total injustice in that region, peace would come MUCH sooner than anyone would expect.
I suggest Jimmy Carter's new book "Palestine, peace not apartheid" written by an American President who was there during the most important peace process. He sheds light on the unfairness of what's being asked of and done to the palestinians. It's a must read for any American who wants to know why there's no peace in that region. As he's gotten older and has no agendas to worry about, he's finally speaking the truth. I have Israeli friends who admit that the Israeli government is working outside the laws and agreements that they had signed themselves. There are many Palestinians and Israelis who are friends and working to keep their governments honest and accoutable, but we never hear about them. It's sad for everyone when there is no justice. We all lose unless we ask WHY...

I would say the Jews are at fault. They say Israel belongs to them, the Jews. But Jews are just followers of Judaism. I am an Asian but if I convert to Judaism does that mean my original homeland is Israel and that I have the right to go and live in Israel? I don't think so. I am a Buddhist but I am not an Indian and simply by being a Buddhist doesn't grant me the divine right to go and fight for my rights in India. The same with Jews.

Do you know Israel possesses nuclear weapons developed and aided by the US government through CIA? I learnt this from several books and articles. And do you know that Israel will always be the first country to be equipped with the latest military technologies and US the second even if the technologies are from US? Last time I came upon an article about the US military corporations supplying and installing laser-based technologies to Israel to shoot down ballistic missiles when even the US haven't have such technology in place yet.

I agree with you on this though I do not agree in using the term Zionists because it is being used in a derogatory way. The Palestinians have suffered so much and I have always said Israel is using what happened to them in Germany and torturing others. As the Palestinians say things that seem shocking to alot of people outloud, Israel is doing it with our blessing. Israel is trying to eradicate Palestinians and we let them. Shame on the U.S. We only want democracy for people that agree with us.

It is amazing that this country supposedly fights for "freedom", all the while purchasing WMD for a country(that harbors more weapons that any) that says that GOD gave them a slab of inhabitated land and that the residents need to move over since they(JEWS) are coming to reinhabit their GOD GIVING slab. the US aids Israel with $5 billion in cash and weapons each year. the Palestinians are being treated worse than bugs. the Israeli tanks helicopters, and bulldozers invade villages and flatten them to the ground with no regard to the human life. they shoot 3 months old babies in the arms of their mothers with AK47s. they break in houses and vandalize them for no reason, the shoot at kids going to school, they kill people while praying in Mosques, they arrest 11 years old kids and throw them in prison for for no crime other than throwing a stone on an Israeli tank.

The USA should supply the Jews with weapons so they can protect themselves from persecution, which has been going on for thousands of years. GOD will bless us for standing up for the Jews, It says it in the BIBLE. Did you know that a bunch of nations are going to come against Israel at the same time, but guess what, they all lose, it is written in the BIBLE. The Jews are GODS chosen people, and HE will protect them.
