If your not wanted for anything, you will be fine. But be prepared to walk home because the car will probably be impounded........

Why would you get in trouble ?

A two year old in a car seat does not have a driver's license- whould that kid get in trouble if his parents were so irresponsible as to thumb their nose at the laws in this country and not have a license.

You'd at least be questioned about it.

Of course, you'd have to swear that you thought they had a license. Then you'd have to hope nobody at the police station read this question. If there was an accident, it would be more complicated.

But seriously ... why is their license suspended? If they have a history of DWI or accidents ... why on earth do you want to get in a car with them?

I suppose if they wanted to be really picky you are abetting a criminal. Learner drivers have to have an open licensed person with them and its probably similar. But I don't think any cop would be bothered with it enough to do you for it.
