sounds like a domestic american housecat. I read some on why cats have white on them, and they say that cats, especially in England, developed a (harmless, of course) mutation when their bodies realized they didn't need camoflauge coloring anymore for hunting, so some got white splotches. To this day, there are more cats with white splotches on the East Coast of the USA than the West Coast, since mostly Spaniards settled that side of the country. I'm going to say it's a beautiful little domestic housecat, probably female.

sounds like a siamese mix.. check petfinder.com and put in siamese bet you will see a cat similar.
