What are the reasons why a guy might contantly look at a guy, like being able to pick him out of a crowd, and make eye contact with him...then when the girl looks at him, he doesn't look away?

Guys only look constantly at a guy if their gay or angry with them or want to pick a fight. A guy constantly looks at a girl if he's attracted to her and vice versa. Whenever girls keep looking at me and I keep looking at them and it keeps going off and on i know their is attraction there, and for me it happens all the time, can't help my good looks,lol!
