I used to know this guy, actually I knew him for one day. Cool guy but he used to hit on me and that made me uncomfortable. Why? Because he is 11 years older than I am. Last year, I ran into him but I didn't say anything. I now work on the same property as him but for a different company and wanted to maintain a professional distance (and also, didn't want to give him any ideas). Whenever I would pass by him, he would make eye contact.. Anyhow, a month or so ago I ran into him at a bar, he walked by me and got right up in my face and stared at me. Freaked me out. Good thing I was with my guy friend! We didn't do anything btw, we were on our way out. A few weeks ago, I ran into him on my way to a meeting, I was on my cell phone.. he passed by me with some lady.. and as he was walking by I heard him tell her "She didn't even look at me!"
What is up with this guy?

He likes the chase. He wanted attention from you and you didn't give him the time of day so it presented a challenge. You did the right thing though cause now-a-days if you try be nice they take it as an invitation and if they don't know how to take hint things could get scary.

Sounds to me like hes upset that you don't even
acknowledge he is there. The best way to handle
a situation like that would be to at least nod.
and when the chance is right let him know you
are not interested in him ( do this in a public place he
may be a nut :*)
If he continues to bother you after that contact the police!

Unfortunately, there are just some weird, messed up guys in the world. Sounds like he's one of them. Sorry.

I bet hes thinking whats up with you, just talk to him, tell him how you feel, and things should be fine...
