I've had a limited experience with the Bahai faith....My brother attended a church and I visited occasionally. Every week there was a "guest preacher" each from different faiths. I believe they believe in the basics of montheism, one god, all-loving...love each other...children deserve an education....do not fear science, it can work with religion....
It didn't seem "cult-ish," everyone was extremely friendly and open-minded....
That's all I grasped, I'm sure you could find out more elsewhere....

Summing up any religion is a tough order but the Baha'i Faith believes that there is one God and He created humanity to know and love Him. Since God is an unknowable essence, He has informed us of His existence is through a series of Messengers (Abraham, Moses, Jesus, etc.). These Messengers deliver God's teachings so that we can have an "ever advancing civilization". We are told that the next step is the unification of the entire planet and that this will require the establishment of God's Kingdom on earth. For more details it would make sense to check out the official website mentioned below.
Overall, what attracted me to the Faith is that it encourages asking questions and since there are well over 100 books from the Central Figures of the Faith there is an answer to almost any question. Finally, the Faith encourages the study of other religions so I am free to investigate thruth to the fullest - it's great!
Take care and good luck.

It is a religion, form of one,, just like any other religion type/form...
Basically, it follows Zoroaster,, and they believe in a continuous holy flame.... to go till eternity...
Originated in Persia,, i think many believers are from there... although spread around the world now...
They celebrate festival called Pateti...
The only problem which other people face - as with Jews - is that they are semetic... not bad, but plain world is not used to that..

They are hypocrites, they believe that all religions are right except for religions that do not believe that all religins are right. My dealings with them have not been positive.
