glass bottom boat means you lay underneath a glass table and your girlfriend squats and pees on it and you watch her. on a side note if she is into that sort of thing she may try to sneak a poop without telling you

Uh, despite the very polite answers you've seen, it has a much cruder urban context.
It's deals with those into scatological sex; i.e. someone defecating onto a glass coffee table or other clear surface while another person watches from beneath.
People drop a lot of weird slang, and UD is a good place to pick up on it. I'd never actually heard of that one either...
