Been to the urologist ..it's 1cm (10mm) and yes I know it will get stuck, I need it to because my insurance will not pay for surgery until it is.

Kidney stones pass by the use of fluid moving it along. So taking in fluids, preferably water, will be most effective. It may take time as the stone could be rather large. Hopefully you are straining your urine so you will see when it passes. I am assuming you have seen a doctor and they have given you instructions on what to do. If not, get to a doctor to rule out kidney infection or disease as this could be something other than a kidney stone.

When I had my kidney stones and they put me in the hospital...they gave me NOTHING BUT CRANBERRY JUICE! Oh I hate that stuff, but they swore it was a mircle drink!
