if a guy want to know your opinion every once in a while its one thing, but when he asks a lot, its his way of getting to know you with out coming out and just asking you and possibly feeling like a fool. he really value your opinion but it could be other way also . you need to be a better judge of him. sometimes some ppl. need more help from frnds and they believe on them more than anyone else. so make sure either he want your opinion just to get his pt. more stronger . does he alwys accept ur opinion or some times he opposes it too. be a better judge. ok......
