"The sky screamed and storms wrecked the earth... Flood ended... I released the watch-bird, to soar in search of land. The bird came back within a day exhausted, unrelieved from lack of rest. I then released a swallow, to soar in search for land, [which also returned missing text here - olive branch perhaps?]. I then released a raven, to soar in search of land. The bird took flight above more shallow seas, found food and found release and found no need to fly back to me."

You don't have to take the first 5 books of Genesis literally. And literary copywrites expire after 20 years.

well...it would have been just too, too obvious if the author(s) had used "Utanapishtim"....

plagiarized?...many/most of the OT stories are variations of (then) existing texts; reworked, realigned....
