i recently downloaded the new version of windows media and now i can't search for a song and play the clip right there anymore, now when i search it does a web search like google or somthing....what happened?

Did you download Windows Media 11? If so, go to Add/Delete on Control Panel (by clicking on Start) and remove it. Then go back to Media 10. It's the only way until Microsoft straightens out their problems. If you have to download Media 10, go to www.cnet.com

if you're talking about the media guide in WMP 10 it's under the new tab called urge. it's in the drop down menu under URGE so just click on that and it should be right there ready ans waiting to be used!

I think you just need to make some adjustments in the media player options.

Either your computer has a dead processing speed, there was a problem downloading, or some funny virus got on your computer when downloading.

hey everything is under control now, to avoid this you might try to go back by restarting your computer on an earlier time. that's what I think it might help.
