Jerry Airola is the owner and recently ran for Sheriff of Metro (Clark County and Las Vegas). During the campaign a lot of negative information about the company surfaced. There is currently a lawsuit pending, I think around 2 dozen former students are involved.

I've heard that Silver State has had a lot of accidents. I am not a heli pilot nor interested in them, just that's the buzz I hear in the industry. I cannot say they are bad or good, just that they have had accidents more often than most.

Yes I took lessons and stuff there (even though im in central Ca.)
I am now the traffic man on one of the local TV stations. I went there in '04. For a year and a half after finishing, I did the Grand Canyon tours... That was the most fun thing i think that I've ever done.
