I have, use and recommend SpyTerminator, SpyBot S&D, Ad-Aware SE Personal and Adware Away. Spyware terminator will take about 4 hours to deep and full scan a 120 GB drive, or about 4 minutes to fast scan it. All are free, all are good, all are safe to download from their own sites or from someone like download.com or tucows. Good hunting!

download adaware, its a freeware and is given top ratings from all alot of computer magzines. Also updates for you to keep it fresh and prepared against new spyware that is released.

I use both Spybot & Adaware. But I also delete the internet "temporary" files & "cookies"often.
