Okay, so I'm not the best looking girl on Earth. There's this guy at my school who is totally cute, funny, and kind of obnoxious. He teases me, but in a nice way. Is he flirting with me? Should I ask him out? Please, give me as much advice as you can!

First of all, NO girl is the best looking girl on earth, so you are just fine the way YOU are.
Second, if a man shows you attention, he is interested, but that doesn't mean he has good intentions ( looking for booty) but he might.
Third, have fun, your still just in school, there are plenty of what you like there.
Fourth, you need some attitude,( not to much) if a man thinks he cant have you..............he will go to the ends of the world to try to get you.
Lastly, GOOD LUCK. OHHHHHH and remember if he ain't "it", there's always more out there.

I think when he teases you, tease back. Take it to the next level, start to really flirt with him start to touch him and hug him and stuff. Really start to pay attention to him and show him you like him, but don't look desperate, don't over do it. Just be cute and funny. See what his reactions are to you flirting more, if he flirts back go with it, if not back off. Do this for some time and observe. If you feel he is liking you back ask him to go out, do something casual with him and go from there.

See if he does that with other girls too. If he does, then probably not. If he only does that to you, then he must really like you! You need not be the best-looking girl on Earth to let guys be attracted to you anyway! Don't ask him out yet until he sends any hints that he likes you. If he turns you down then he'll be scared and he'll run away as fast as he can the opposite direction whenever he sees you!

idiot...yeahhh he's flirting with you thats how my first boyfriend came around..i say you FLIRT BACKKK...wear something nice and let your hair down dont' put them in a pony tail...sit frount of him then lean back once a while so you hair touches his desk and watch he will actually feel your hair...oooohh i am getting the butterfulys...heheheh and don't ask him out...make eye contacts with him and flirtttttttttttttttttttt girlllll...let him suffer a little...and become his friend first then he will ask you out for himself...and you know what is the best flirting techniqe: walk by him and kind of hit his shoulder, not too hard that it will knock him to the floor ehhehe, and then dont' say anything and just look streight at him with your eyes while you walk away...

I wouldn't ask him out yet. Without knowing what you look like, I don't know if you're telling the truth, or some hot girl who thinks she's ugly. Maybe you think you're ugly for a specific reason, and he happens to find that as attractive.
I would think it would be pretty easy for a girl to get a guy to ask her out. Women are usually in control like that.
I'd also be aware that he's just looking for easy sex.

Most of the time the girl should not ask the guy out. Maintain your dignity and let him ask you. Can you define "obnoxious"? Maybe he is in that awkward masculine adolescent phase most boys go through. It can be quite charming, but, then I have sons!
