Christianity is better because if you accept Jesus as your Savior you go to heaven. no offense to other religions, but the only way to heaven is through Jesus, who is the way, the truth, and the life. (john 14:6)

One main problem is that Christianity is being catagorized as a religion. True biblical Christianity is not a religion. However, both "religions" you mention are judgemental and have been known to kill for "religious" reasons. True biblical Christianity (which is represented by a small portion of the world population) does indeed love everyone and would not kill anyone because of their religious conviction. HOWEVER, true biblical Christianity also does not accept other religious teachings as possible truths. Jesus is the ONLY way to eternal life in Heaven, period.

So by the way you asked your question, the answer would have to be none of the above. But my real vote is "True Biblical Christianity".

Please do not take this offensively, but the way the question is written is very ignorant. Not only is that a large misconception of the Islamic faith, but actually trying to see which religion is "better" is a fundamental problem that has sparked wars since both religions existed on the planet together. I can hardly believe that either religion is better than the other; however, if you are a person of either faith, then you assuredly have a preference of one over the other.

Only a small percentage of the Islam community feels that way. Most of them are not violent people. I am a Christian and I respect the right to be whatever religion you believe in, as long as it is peaceful and accepting of others.

First of all, you speak with little knowledge of either, which is something you must have to make a sound decision. Christianity has had its time of "join us or die" throughout its history...on another note, not all Islamic people are killers for the sake of religion.

Now, if during your research, you find the similarities of these two cultures not to your personal liking, seek further...learn more...this is spiritual business you're up to--unlimited by religious dogma...See? Good Journey, Love!

With the biased reasoning you gave, you did not give a fair choice. There are good and nasty qualities to both religions. You could only do your question justice if you listed both the good and the bad things for both sides and allow individuals choose for themselves which religion is better for them, if they decide to choose one at all.
I am a Christian, not because I think my religion is "better" than the others, but that it works for me and harmonizes with my own personal beliefs.

It is written Faith Hope and Love is everlasting. So love always.

Love the Yahweh Elohim with all your heart, mind, soul & strength. Love others as yourself. Do to others as you would have them do to you. Bear ye one anothers burdens, etc. and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Perfect religion before our God & Father is to help the widows & orphans, etc. and to keep self from sinful living.

God is love & God loves us. All of us.

Funny, but both religions have followers that do both of these things. Some of the people in each religion are peaceful, and some of the people are not.

I wonder how you can claim to be in the first category if you can then write the second statement.

Wow, you really know how to build a bad picture of Islam to further your bias towards Christianity...
