My jobs insurance company sent me to two
When I was injured on my job.
Both said I didnt need any medical treatment even though .I had abnormal Mri`s

Here in the US, you can sue any person for any thing. If you don't have much of a case, though, then you have to pay your lawyer up front, so be prepared to dish out TONS of cash to the lawyer.

If you don't like his opinion, but he came to it honestly, then you don't have much of a case. Sorry.

If you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that what they did was malicious or negligent or malpractice, then yes. If you can't, don't waste the court's time.

It depends on what you are suing them for.
Are you suing because you didn't like their evaluation? Then no.
Are you suing because they did something to you they shouldn't have? Then you can try, but you will need to prove a history of such thing.
