Are there any creams out there to tighten up my eyes, that is safe to use every single day? Because I'm sick of looking all cracked out all of the time.
Or should I just go with Plastic Surgery?

Ha, would never ever think of doing crack, but people say I look high and I don't want to, you ******.

Ok Prep H bad idea. They use it on models for a TEMPORARY shrinking/tightening effect, but it will irritate your skin if you use it daily.
I suggest Benefit's Ooh La Lift (can get it via sephora.com).
Make sure you drink lots of fluids and eat a healthy diet, that all helps.
