Yes, they are still considered pit bulls, the only difference really is the color, because even registered dogs of the same breed can look different but you can breed them and get a purebred (like a pointing lab and a block head lab).

As long as they were both 100% Pit Bulls to begin with, yes they will be purebred.
Both purebred=100+100=200/2=100!!!!
One purebred and one 1/2 bred=100+50=150/2=75
etc....
