Whenever I sleep in until nearly noon, I sometimes get a really dry throat, dry face and a pain on my head (only in one spot), and it only hurts when I touch it. This usually happens on hot days, but sometimes in cold days. It's really uncomfortable..

that happens to me too...first of all the dryness is either because you slept too long without fluids to hydrate yourself (and this is why headaches can start too)...and you could be a snorer which dries you out or your room could use a humidifyer....you could also have sleep apnea which can make you still tired...have a sore dry throat....you can't breathe right laying down is what that basically means...plus a headache in one spot could mean you slept like a log and didn't move around for awhile and just stayed in that one spot...enough to hurt your head...and when we oversleep too that can make us tired believe it or not

I wake up like that alot. For me i had a small headache for about a week and then they got so bad to the point that I had to go to the hospital. It ended up that my sinuses were clogged and were causing pressure on my head.

As for the soar throat, Mine happens because of my sinus problems. I cannot breathe out of my nose much so I breathe out of my mouth and the cold air causes me to have a soar throat
