It probably depends on the school. If you're going to a bible-thumping private school, you might get lucky enough simply to be burnt at the stake and be done with it.
Public schools in liberal areas may be on the tolerant side, depending on what the policies for kissing in general are.

you shouldn't get in trouble, if they let a girl and boy kiss with no problems then if you do to a boy and they suspend you you should go against the school, it is not right when they weed some people out just because they think its wrong

I don't think you can in a public school (private all-boys schools probably have their own rules). As long as hetero couples are kissing around the place, you can't get nabbed for it, and if you do, you're golden to file a discrimination case. You're bound to get crap from other kids but it's up to you to decide if it's worth it. Have fun!

depends on your schools policy.
I have known a 1st grade get kicked out for kissing. the school says sexually harassment can happen at any age.
also does the other gut want you to kiss him or would you be forcing yourself on him

Depends on what school...definitely not ok if ur in a religious school but in Cali they cannot discriminate.
