Hey, from what I understand, ALL guys get scared! I would too if i had to ask someone out. You know, from a girls perspective, we are nervous too when a guy asks us out. So, I have had many very nervous guys ask me out, but I was too worried about my nervousness (even if I didn't show it) to care about theirs.
A good time to ask a girl out is when you really want to and you have something in mind....like a great place to go, party, etc... and you will know when to kiss. Believe me, if every person in the world can do it, I'm sure you can too.

There is really no definite time when you have to ask her or kiss her.. try reading her body signal if she constantly smile at you and touch your arm then it's a definite go ahead for you. Good Luck

well to ask a girl out,you get to know her and talk to her.and while engaging in a converdsation over the phone,you should casually say.."I think we should go out sometime"
and then take her to the movies or something and wait until everyone leaves,look her in the eye.and lean in for the kiss.seriously..it's not that hard.good luck!

don't kiss her on the first date unless you already know her really well. wait til you're comfortable together. ask a girl out after you've gotten to know each other and are friends. the friendship part is important.

Ask her out when it's light. Kiss her when it's dark. Never hold your breath when doing either.
