I really don't understand what your asking and probably neither does anyone else because you have asked this question twice and no one has responded... try rephrasing your question.

You may be asking about the cycling of rechargeable batteries.

Cycling is deeply discharging a battery, then bringing it back to full charge. With some types of batteries, this restores some of the ampere hour capacity.

Of course this does not work on non-rechargeable batteries.
