if it is cold or flu take panadol (2x4 for adults) and antihistamine for running nose. cold compresses or voltarine suppositories can be even more effective. if u are sick for more than 3 days, see a doctor

Tamiflu trats fku. down side needs to be given within 24 or 48 hrs after symptoms

Contact your doctor. There are some antiviral meds on the market to help cut the time of the symptoms in half. Do they work? I don't know, never tried them.
